Description

A Genuine Bentley OEM Front Right (Passenger Side) Air Strut Assembly (3W0616040M). This complete air spring and electronic damper unit restores factory ride height and adaptive handling. Designed to eliminate "Sagging" and suspension warning lights.

Is your Bentley leaning to one side or failing to rise? This Genuine Bentley Front Right Air Spring and Damper is the factory-correct solution for a failing air suspension system. The Continental series relies on a sophisticated air-ride system to provide its signature "magic carpet" ride while maintaining high-speed stability.

This unit (3W0616040M) is a complete assembly featuring the air bladder and the electronically controlled internal shock absorber. Unlike rebuilt or aftermarket units that often fail to communicate correctly with the vehicle's ECU (leading to permanent "Suspension Fault" dashboard lights), this Genuine OEM part integrates seamlessly with the factory leveling sensors and ride-control computer. Replacing a leaking strut immediately is critical; a failing air spring forces the air compressor to work overtime, which can lead to a secondary, much more expensive compressor failure.

Pro Tech Tip: If your car is "sagging" overnight but rises when started, you have a slow leak in the bladder. Mandatory: Do not attempt to drive the vehicle if the suspension is completely collapsed, as this can damage the fender liners and tires. Caution: When installing the new strut, always check the brass residual pressure valve (top of the strut) for a proper seal. Tip: We highly recommend replacing air struts in pairs (Left and Right) to ensure balanced damping and ride height, as a new strut will often react faster than an aged one on the opposite side.
