Description
Is the brake pad warning light illuminated on your Bentley Arnage, Rolls Royce Silver Seraph, Azure or Brooklands dashboard? Before replacing your rear brake pads, always replace the rear brake pad wear sensors at the same time — fitting new pads without new sensors will cause the warning light to remain on permanently, even with brand new pads installed.
At Exotic Car Parts USA we stock genuine OEM rear brake pad wear sensors part number PC23254PB for all Silver Seraph, Arnage, Azure and Brooklands models. We sell these as a set of 2 — giving you everything needed for a complete rear brake service in one order. Many competitors sell just one sensor, leaving you short for a proper repair.
How it works: The sensor contains a small electrical contact embedded at a specific depth within the brake pad assembly. When the brake pad wears down to the minimum safe thickness, the sensor contact touches the brake disc, completing a circuit that illuminates the brake warning light on the dashboard. Once triggered the sensor is destroyed by contact with the disc and must always be replaced along with the brake pads.
Always replace when: The brake pad warning light illuminates on your dashboard, you are fitting new rear brake pads, or the sensor wire is visibly damaged or corroded.
