Description

Restore the precise handling of your Bentley or Rolls-Royce with this Genuine OEM Upper Control Arm (PD20801PB). This complete assembly is the direct replacement for the front upper left or right suspension arm. It comes pre-installed with high-durometer rubber bushings and a precision-engineered ball joint, ensuring a "one-and-done" installation that eliminates front-end clunks and steering wander. Direct fit for 1998–2010 Arnage and Silver Seraph chassis.

The front upper control arm is a critical component of the Crewe-built chassis, responsible for maintaining the camber and caster angles that provide the Bentley Arnage and Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph with their signature stability at high speeds. Over time, the integrated ball joint and rubber bushings within the original arm suffer from "dry rot" and internal play, leading to vague steering, uneven tire wear, and audible "clunking" over road imperfections.

This Genuine PD20801PB assembly is manufactured to the original factory specifications, utilizing a high-strength forged steel body that resists flex under the significant curb weight of the Arnage and Seraph platforms. Unlike aftermarket "will-fit" alternatives that often use inferior boot rubber, this genuine unit features proprietary seals designed to withstand the thermal heat soak from the 6.75L and 4.4L engines.

By replacing the entire arm rather than attempting to press in individual bushings, you ensure the structural integrity of the suspension remains compromised-free. This is a non-handed part, compatible with both the Front Left and Front Right upper positions.

Tech Tip:

Crucial Installation Step: Do NOT torque the two inner pivot bolts while the vehicle is on a 2-post lift with the wheels hanging. If tightened in the "droop" position, the rubber bushings will tear within weeks of being lowered. These bolts must be torqued to 100Nm only when the car is at "Normal Ride Height" on a 4-post lift or alignment rack.
