Description

The ultimate front suspension overhaul solution. This comprehensive 10-piece bushing kit (3W0407515) allows you to replace all upper, lower, forward, and rearward control arm bushings. Restore factory-original steering precision and eliminate "creaking" suspension noises.

Refresh the legendary ride quality of your Bentley with this all-in-one Front Suspension Bushing Master Kit. Because the Bentley Continental chassis is heavy and high-performance, the rubber bushings in the control arms naturally perish over time, leading to loose steering, inner tire wear, and unsettling "thumping" or "squeaking" over bumps.

This 10-piece set is specifically curated for a total front-end restoration. Instead of spending thousands on complete control arm assemblies, this kit allows you to press out the old, worn rubber and press in Genuine OEM-spec bushings. This is the most cost-effective way to achieve a "zero-mile" suspension feel. This kit provides all necessary bushings for both the Left (LH) and Right (RH) sides of the vehicle.

Kit Includes Bushings for the following Control Arms:

  • Upper Forward & Rearward Arms: (Part #s 3W0407505, 3W0407506, 3W0407509, 3W0407510)
  • Lower Forward Arms: (Part #s 3W0407151)
  • Lower Rearward (Curved) Arms: (Part #s 3W0407693, 3W0407694)

Vehicle Fitment & Compatibility:

  • Bentley Continental GT: 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017
  • Bentley Continental GTC: 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017
  • Bentley Flying Spur: 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018

Pro Tech Tip: Installing this kit requires a hydraulic shop press. Mandatory: Control arm bolts must only be tightened when the car is at its Normal Ride Height (weight on the wheels). If you tighten the bolts while the car is in the air on a lift, the new bushings will "pre-load" and tear almost immediately after the car is lowered. Caution: Always mark the orientation of the original bushings before pressing them out to ensure the new ones are pressed in at the correct angle. Tip: While the arms are off, inspect your ball joints—if they are loose, you should replace the entire arm, as this kit only services the rubber bushing ends.
