The pollen filters are located in the plenum chamber under the bonnet (near the base of the windshield). Mandatory: When installing, ensure the arrow on the side of the filter points in the correct direction of airflow. Caution: Before inserting the new filters, check the drain holes in the plenum area for leaves or debris. If these drains are blocked, water can back up into the filter housing and leak directly into the passenger footwell, potentially damaging expensive electronic modules.
