Pro Tech Tip:
This "curved" arm is responsible for your car's Caster angle. Mandatory: Even though this is an aftermarket part, you must still follow the factory torque sequence. Caution: Never tighten the bushing bolt while the car is in the air. The suspension must be "loaded" at normal ride height before final torquing, or the rubber will twist and tear prematurely. Tip: Since the labor to reach this arm is intensive, many owners choose to replace both the Forward and Rearward lower arms at the same time to ensure a perfectly refreshed front end.
