Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith Fuel Level Sender RF5410

Part number RF5410 is the genuine fuel level sender for 1945-1950 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith, Silver Dawn and Bentley MkVI and R Type models with the early fuel tank configuration. It is designed to work with the vehicle's fuel gauge to measure the fuel level in the tank.

Two types of fuel tanks were fitted to MkVI and R Type cars, using the same electrical sender for the gauge but different internal tank configurations. The float arms are different shapes to suit the respective tank designs.

RF5410 is intended for early models fitted with the earlier tank configuration. Later models with the later tank configuration require the RF9227 sender instead.

A correctly matched fuel level sender helps provide the appropriate fuel level reading through the vehicle's gauge. Selecting the correct sender for the tank configuration is important for proper application.
