Tech Install Tip: Accessing the spark plugs on a W12 requires the removal of the intake manifold. Because of the labor involved, we highly recommend replacing all 12 ignition coils at the same time to prevent having to perform the job twice if an old coil fails shortly after. Crucial: Never reuse the intake manifold gaskets; always install a fresh set to prevent vacuum leaks that cause rough idling.
